How to use the packaging sterilization bag and export area

The use of sterilization pouches involves steps such as material selection, bag inspection, loading and

sealing. The main export regions include North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, etc.

Method of Use:

  1. Material Selection: Sterilization pouches are made from specially designed materials such as paper, nylon, and plastics, which allow penetration by chemicals, heat, and steam, forming a sterile storage environment after cooling.
  2. Bag Inspection: Before use, inspect the sterilization pouch for any damage, ensuring there are no perforations or tears.
  3. Loading and Sealing: Place the items to be sterilized into the bag without overfilling to avoid punctures. Mark the date, time, and load number on the outside of the bag, then seal according to the autoclave’s instructions.
  4. Sterilization Processing: Place the sealed sterilization pouch into the sterilizer and set the appropriate sterilization cycle based on the type of equipment and items being sterilized.
  5. Storage or Transport: After sterilization, keep the bag sealed until use. If transportation is required, ensure the integrity of the sterilization pouch and prevent recontamination.

Main Export Regions:

  1. North America: The United States and Canada are major importers of medical sterilization packaging bags, with strict medical standards and huge market demand.
  2. Europe: The demand for medical sterilization packaging in EU countries is also very high, especially in Germany, France, and the UK.
  3. Asia Pacific: Besides the domestic market in China, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asian countries are also important export destinations. These regions have rapidly developing medical technologies and an increasing demand for high-standard medical sterilization packaging。
  4. Middle East and Africa: As medical infrastructure in these regions is built and upgraded, the demand for medical sterilization packaging gradually increases.
  5. South America: The development of the medical market in countries like Brazil and Argentina also provides new market opportunities for sterilization pouches.
