Oral instrument disinfection and maintenance
Step 1: Recycling and Sorting

to the cleaning room.
Step 2: Clean
(1) Cleaning without fully automatic mobile phone cleaning machine
1.Rinse: Rinse the phone under running water to initially remove surface contaminants.
2.Washing: After rinsing, soak with enzyme cleaner for 2 to 5 minutes and then scrub and scrub. After
some mobile phones are rinsed, they can be placed in an ultrasonic cleaner and cleaned with enzymes for
3 to 5 minutes.
3.Rinsing: After washing, rinse or brush under running water. Flush the lumen with a high-pressure water gun or syringe.
4.Final rinsing: After rinsing, rinse with soft water, purified water or distilled water. Flush the lumen with a
high-pressure water gun or syringe.
5.After cleaning, put the mobile phone into the mesh basket and prepare to dry.
Step 3: Drying
Take the mobile phones out of the basket or cleaning machine one by one,
Use a high-pressure air gun or syringe to dry the surface moisture of the pipes and wind wheel bearings,
or inject 75% ethanol for drying.
Step 4: Oiling and maintaining oral instruments
Maintain and maintain oral instruments after cleaning them,
Inject an appropriate amount of special lubricant into dental handpieces and special oral instruments, and
check the performance of the instruments.
Apply lubricating oil to the surface of the bearings and transmission parts of the mobile phone, clean the
debris and dirt in the gaps between the bearings or turbine components, and extend the service life of
the mobile phone.
Step 5: Pack and seal dental instruments
After the oral handpieces and instruments are oiled and maintained, use a sealing machine to pack and
seal the instruments in preparation for sterilization. The name of the item, packer, sterilizer number,
sterilization batch, sterilization date, expiration date, etc. are marked outside the package. .
Step 6: High Temperature Disinfection
Put the packaged instruments into high-pressure sterilization equipment. After 3 times of vacuuming and
sterilization at 134 degrees for 45 minutes, the sterility effect is achieved.
Step 7: Sterile Storage
After sterilization, the instruments are classified and put into the sterile storage cabinet. The name of the
item, sterilizer number, sterilization batch, sterilization date, expiration date and operator’s signature
should be marked on the outside of the package. Put them into the sterile storage cabinet. Item storage
cabinet.
Exposed sterilizers should be stored in sterilization boxes or sterile containers for later use.
Once opened and used, the validity period does not exceed 4 hours.
